Due to the continued spread of the Coronavirus – COVID-19 outbreak, we are doing our best to be in compliance with the government’s recommendations while maintaining a high level of service to our members and protecting the health of our members and team.

Effective Friday, Marcy 27, 2020 we will be changing our branch hours. Both branches will remain drive thru only during the time frames outlined below:

Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

Saturday 9 AM to Noon (Sherman Branch Only)

Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.

Also, if you are experiencing any financial hardship due to COVID-19, please reach out to the Credit Union and we can go over options that we have to assist you.

Today the residents of the State of Michigan were ordered to stay-at-home in the fight against the Coronavirus-COVID-19.

As a financial institution we are considered an essential service and as your credit union we are committed to staying open to serve you. Our drive-thru will continue to be available during business hours as well as our lobby by appointment.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship please contact one of our experts to determine a solution that will work for you.

Continue to access your account and services via the following options:

  • Mobile App
  • Online Banking and Bill Pay
  • Drive-up ATMs as well as drive-up teller windows
  • Call / Text Center at 231-733-1329 during regular business hours

If you do not currently have an active ATM or Debit card please contact us today to place an order for one to be mailed to you or picked up at our main office at 1888 E. Sherman Blvd. in Muskegon.

Remember, your funds are federally insured, safe and available to you if you need them.

Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 we will only be offering in-person transaction services through the drive thru at both branch locations.

We encourage you to consider the variety of convenient ways to conduct day-to-day financial transactions. We offer the following options:

  • Call Center at 231-733-1329 during our regular business hours

We continue to be open to serve you during our regular business hours and please know that we are going above and beyond regarding the daily cleaning procedures to help ensure the safest possible environment for members and staff. In the event it becomes necessary to limit entrance to our locations or close completely we will communicate those changes to you.

You can access your account online 24/7 at BestFCU.org or on the BFCU mobile app. View any of your account details, check balances, make payments, and transfer funds between Best Financial accounts. Additionally, we have 30,000+ FREE ATMs on the Co-Op Network (1 at each of our locations) where you can do your banking without going into a branch.

Your security remains a top priority for us as well. Please remember that we will never ask you to provide confidential information, such as Social Security numbers or account numbers, by phone or email. If you suspect that you’re a victim of fraud or if you receive suspicious communications, please contact us at 231-733-1329.
