We are aware that StarPoints are currently not displaying in Digital Banking for all users. A recent update temporarily disrupted the connection to the StarPoints platform.

Our teams are actively working to restore visibility as quickly as possible. Please rest assured, your StarPoints are safe and remain fully intact within the StarPoints platform; they are just not viewable in Digital Banking at this time.
